Italian Lessons at your Home

Ever thought of learning Italian at your residence, while on vacation in Italy in the beautiful Chianti countryside? You can take Italian lessons and study Italian at your own pace and level, comfortably at your residence, anywhere in the Sienese Chianti (Siena, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti, Monteriggioni).
A highly experienced Italian teacher, Ms. Cristina Veratti, can give you individual or small-group lessons of the Italian language, conversation and culture, at your home or hotel. Or you can come to her pleasant country house halfway between Gaiole and Pianella, in the heart of the Chianti Classico.

Ms. Veratti, after an M.A. in French and English from Bologna University, obtained her Diploma in Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language (DITALS) from Siena's Università per Stranieri in 1996 and since then she has been giving private Italian lessons to foreigners residing or visiting in the Sienese Chianti. She has also taught at the Università per Stranieri.
The courses are flexibly adapted to your needs and level. (For group lessons, the students must be of similar level, and not more than 4-5.) You can choose a highly intensive course (20 or more hours per week), or to go at a more leisurely pace. Especially at beginner and intermediate levels, the lessons privilege the acquisition of speaking and comprehension skills. Videos, audiocassettes and newspapers enliven the courses. Special needs (for example teaching to managers, to children...) can be catered for upon advance request. All teaching material is provided with the lessons.
